During the month of March, the housing market was virtually cut in half from the previous month’s numbers to 247 homes city-wide from March 1st to March 31st. Those numbers include homes actively for sale, pending and sold in East, West, and Central Simi Valley and Wood Ranch. There were 135 homes for sale, 44 pending and 68 sold during all of March.
