Simi Valley Real Estate is climbing! Trends have risen between February 1^st and March 14^th, with an astounding 565 homes on the market. Pending sales show 140 and homes sold city-wide show 139. The market currently includes 286 homes for sale, confirming that there is definitely not a shortage of real estate inventory in Simi Valley. Statistics have shown that Central Simi Valley carries the bulk of these homes with 269 homes either actively on the market, pending or sold.
